Q: Can you help with nutrition too?
A: Yes! I provide basic nutrition guidance to complement your workouts, making sure you get the best results.
Q: What’s the maximum class size?
A: Classes are capped to keep things personal, usually around 4-5 people, so you’ll always get attention and support.
Q: Do I need to bring any equipment?
A: Just yourself, a water bottle, a yoga mat and a good pair of shoes. I provide all the fitness gear needed.
Q: Are classes suitable for all fitness levels?
A: Yes! Every workout has modifications so beginners and advanced participants can train together at their own pace.
